Colonel Dan Rex MVO (Commander British Gurkhas Nepal), Major Dhir Pun (AMA) and Captain Ram Thapa attended the parade commemorating the 262nd Raising Day of the Nepali Army in Kathmandu.
This significant event took place on the auspicious occasion of Shiva Ratri on 26 February 2025.
The celebration featured a collaborative performance by the Band of The Brigade of Gurkhas and the Nepali Army band. During the ceremony, Major Dhir Pun was honored with a Four-Star award presented by General Ashok Raj Sigdel (Chief of Army Staff of the Nepali Army).
