On 1 March 2025, Curragh Troop, 55 Training Squadron, Queen’s Gurkha Engineers Detachment at 3 Royal School of Military Engineering Regiment, organised a bag packing event at the Tesco Extra store in Sandhurst, to raise money for the Army Benevolent Fund.
Led by Corporal Deepak Magar with the support of Troop Permanent Staff and 78 Training Party (Intake 24), the team raised an outstanding £3,028.87 for the Pahar Trust Nepal and the Army Benevolent Fund.
