Throughout the duration of the exercise, a notable emphasis was placed on integration at the grassroots level. This involved the exchange of sections between the Thai Company and A (DELHI) Company Group. Comprehensive lessons were conducted by both participating nations, allowing for the demonstration, and sharing of their respective tactics, techniques, and procedures. This approach not only facilitated mutual learning but also enhanced interoperability between the two forces.
The most captivating component of the exercise was the Field Training Exercise (FTX), which took place over a nine-day period. A (DELHI) Company joined forces with C Company 5th Infantry Division of The Royal Thai Armed Forces. Together, they undertook distinct exercise missions. The culmination of the FTX witnessed the consolidation of efforts, as both companies collaborated to execute a battalion-level mission, thereby concluding the exercise on a high note.
In addition to the military training aspects, the exercise encompassed a range of cultural visits and activities. Exercise Panther Gold stands as a testament to the strong bilateral defence cooperation between the participating nations and exemplifies the value of such joint military endeavours.
