During the Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas recent tour of Nepal, the Band performed at the British School, Sanepa, in Kathmandu. This was followed by instrumental demonstrations to the students and staff, to encourage students to engage with music.
It is widely recognised that music helps to bring people together, can help improve your health and wellbeing, improve individual’s confidence, it is a creative outlet and is fun.
