Gurkhas Museum Summer Exhibition 2024 Opening
Staff, Trustees and friends of the Gurkhas Museum and guests gathered at the Museum in Winchester for the opening of the Summer Exhibition 2024

The evening was opened by Mr Daren Bowyer (Museum Director) welcomed all those present.
The chairman of the trustees, Mr Martin Brooks, then spoke about the work of the museum staff, the future and the Exhibition.
Martin then introduced Lieutenant General Sir Peter Duffell KCB CBE MC (Vice Patron of the Museum) who spoke about the great work of the museum and its development over the last 50 years and the future ahead and announced the Summer Exhibition as officially open.
The exhibition will be open until the 29th of August in The McDonald Gallery at the Gurkha Museum Winchester and will be free to view with every admission to the Museum. Entry is free for serving members of the Brigade of Gurkhas.
